MRBraz & Associates, PLLC/VWMB is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This is an entry level role essential in the assistance of managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock counts, and optimizing supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, logistics, and data analysis, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our inventory management system.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers and/or customers to confirm order details, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Create, Review, process and/or modify purchase orders.
- Collaborate with supply chain management
- Perform and/or participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Monitor and check stock levels for accuracy.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
- Address product defect and pricing issues, along with addressing issues related to utilization, receiving, or inventory/product loss-related issues.
- Assist with creating weekly, month, quarterly reports - as needed.
- Ensure material is stored properly.
- Ensure accurate selection of product.
- Picking orders and fulfilling parts request forms as necessary.
- Shipping out parts & equipment to service technicians and/or customers.
- Creating new parts in ERP system, ensuring all data fields are accurately entered.
- Monitoring departmental email and responding to parts requests
- Coordinating logistics with sites regarding cylinder and/or equipment pick-up
- All other duties as required.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years proven experience in warehouse operations and supply chain operations.
- Strong logistics knowledge with the ability to handle heavy lifting as required.
- Excellent negotiation/customer service skills for supplier and/or customer interactions.
- Proficient in data analysis with a focus on inventory metrics.
- Familiarity with cycle counts.
- Experience ERP systems or similar data analysis tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experience with Forklift and warehouse safety - Must have Forklift Certification.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
