Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day Service Department operations
-
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction

Oversee service team performance and training
-
Develop and implement service department processes

Maintain a safe and organized work environment adhering to OSHA workplace rules and regulations

Collaborate with the sales team to enhance service offerings
Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous Automotive Service Manager, Fixed Operations Manager, or Assistant Service Manager experience required

Ford dealership experience is a plus but not required

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and departmental performance

Understanding of dealership service operations, KPIs, and financial reporting

Experience managing technicians, advisors, and workflow processes

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
