COMPANY OVERVIEW
TD Home Builders is a Delray Beach–based remodeling and building-materials company specializing in custom builds, kitchens, baths, countertops, and hurricane impact windows and doors. We serve homeowners, contractors, and architects across South Florida, and we're growing. We're building out our in-house design and project capabilities and looking for a licensed architect to be central to that growth.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Florida-licensed Architect to join our team in-house, supporting custom residential builds and remodeling projects from concept through permitting and construction. You'll work directly with our project teams, clients, engineers, and local building departments to bring projects from design through a clean permit approval and into the field. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the creative side of custom design and the technical rigor of Florida permitting and code compliance.
