We are looking for a strong Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, support the team, and help create a great experience for every guest who walks through our doors. What You'll Do
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead, coach, and support team members during each shift
- Help hire, onboard, and train new employees
- Create schedules based on business needs and staffing levels
- Maintain service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and overall operational flow
- Support labor management, cost control, and daily performance goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Help create a positive, accountable, team-oriented work environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions
- A hands-on approach with a strong sense of accountability
- Strong customer service mindset
- Experience with scheduling, team oversight, and daily operations
- Knowledge of restaurant health and safety practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience at restaurants like Chipotle, CAVA, and Qdoba
