Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM), must be available to work on weekends as needed
Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000
Travel: up to 25% of the time in state; may include occasional out of state travel
Position Summary:
The role of the Regional Property Manager exists as a functional role in the Operations Department. The Regional Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of multiple multifamily locations within a specific region/geographic area. Current portfolio is approximately 1,500 units. Builds and fosters relationships with vendors, team members and other key stakeholders. Oversees quality and efficiencies of services provided, staffing, budget, short/long range planning, problem solving, new products/service deliveries, and employee development. This position requires performance of Regional Property Manager duties while maintaining good communication and reporting relationships with multiple departments, field management, maintenance and Company Personnel at all levels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for the leadership, direction, coordination and performance of all property managers, maintenance and assigned site locations.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and appearance on the job and projecting this professionalism to team members, residents, owners, vendors and subcontractors, as well as people in the local community.
Contribute to the development of scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure to support growth beyond 1,500 units.
Manages attendance, punctuality, and overtime reports as well as the approval of sick, vacation, jury duty, and other time off including the reviewing of tardiness and absences.

Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant multifamily property management experience accepted.
