Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance guest satisfaction
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks
- Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards throughout each shift
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, process payments, and give correct change
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain a clean and organized environment
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple tables or sections
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive energy
- Experience with OpenTable reservations system or similar platforms is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy are essential
- Prior host/hostess or serving experience will be considered an asset for this energetic role
