W3 Luxury Living is searching for a Leasing Consultant for our luxury multi-family apartment communities. The Leasing Consultant impacts the long-term profitability of the company by ensuring the property maintains occupancy and leasing goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responds to all lease inquiries within two hours, except when received outside of business hours;
- Schedules appointments and tours prospective tenants;
- Records all traffic and activities and documents follow-up activities;
- Accepts and reviews paperwork to ensure it is correct;
- Maintains current market and neighborhood information;
- Completes required paperwork on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;
- Builds positive relationships with members of the community;
- Follows established procedures for property management processes.

- Prior experience in rental, service, and multi-family housing preferred.
- College degree preferred.
- Experience with OneSite, Yieldstar, or Entrata preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
