Experienced Barista Full time

Here’s what we bring:
- Hourly with Tips: $12.50 to $15.00 /hour
- Paid, Hands on Training
- Free drinks on shift! (And discounted drinks off shift!)
We are open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM 4 days per week, 8AM - 8PM SAT, 9AM - 4PM SUN) And are looking for full and part time. A Sunday shift is a must.
Candidates are required to be 18 years or older.

Everything You Do Today Matters As the barista, you will skillfully craft the perfect beverage with consistency. With a wide range of beverage offerings, attention to detail and working quickly & accurately will help ensure your success. You'll also be responsible for keeping your station and the larger establishment clean and stocked. Being a barista offers you a community of passionate coffee lovers and frequent opportunities for continued learning, Plus we have some great regulars and unlike other coffee establishments, we really love it when you take the extra moment to sometimes slow down a little and engage in a little bit of conversation with our patrons. Customers love the extra bit of time that we spend with them one on one. Answering phones, helping take orders and even presenting clients with their Cakes for cake pick ups.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders
- make syrups from scratch
- Prepare and serve hot/cold beverages
- Share knowledge and suggest menu items to customers
- Clean and sanitize work areas, guest tables & dining room/patio
- Receive and process payments
- Prepare foods such croissants, pastries, cookies etc

- Baristas : 1 year experience minimum (Preferred)
This Job Is:
- Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
- A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
- Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
