Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Solution Architect to lead an active RPA and workflow automation engagement for a healthcare client. This role requires a strong balance of solution architecture and hands-on development, with responsibility for defining architectural direction while actively contributing to implementation and delivery.
The project focuses on modernizing patient appointment scheduling and booking workflows across multiple disconnected healthcare systems. The platform automates the full lifecycle of appointment management by intelligently matching appointment cancellations with waitlisted patients, triggering notifications, and orchestrating downstream scheduling actions across disparate systems with minimal manual intervention.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing and building workflow automation/RPA solutions, integrating enterprise systems, and driving scalable automation initiatives in complex environments.
Required Skills & Experience
· Proven experience as a Solution Architect on RPA or workflow automation initiatives
· Strong hands-on development expertise along with architecture ownership
· Experience designing integrations across multiple enterprise/disconnected systems
· Strong experience with:
- Power Automate
- AWS Databricks
- Tableau
· Experience building scalable and maintainable automation solutions
· Strong understanding of workflow orchestration, system integrations, and automation best practices
· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders
Good to Have
· Experience working within the Healthcare domain
· Exposure to patient scheduling, healthcare operations, or workflow modernization initiatives
· Experience working in distributed/remote delivery environments

Pay: From $130,000.00 per year
