Job Summary
A leading capital program management and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to support large-scale capital construction and infrastructure programs in Seattle, WA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a senior scheduling professional with deep Primavera P6 expertise and a strong background in complex, integrated construction schedules.
The Master Scheduler will play a critical role in helping project teams plan, monitor, and control schedules for high-visibility public-sector infrastructure work. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed logic-driven schedules for complex capital construction and infrastructure projects.
- Create and maintain cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules, including labor, equipment, milestones, and project dependencies.
- Establish schedule baselines, monitor progress, perform critical path analysis, and identify schedule risks or variances.
- Review contractor-submitted schedules, coordinate revisions, and evaluate schedule changes, impacts, and recovery strategies.
- Track key milestones related to permitting, inspections, commissioning, equipment installation, and phased project activities.
- Prepare clear schedule reports and communicate sequencing, constraints, risks, and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $95,000 to $150,000 per year.
