What You’ll Do
As a Kennel Technician, you’ll be hands-on in creating the best possible experience for our furry guests:
- Feed, water, and provide daily care for dogs of all sizes and breeds.
- Supervise group play in our outdoor play yards.
- Clean and sanitize kennels, play yards, and equipment.
- Administer medications as directed by owners or vets.
- Observe dog behavior and report concerns to management.
- Interact with pet parents in a friendly, professional manner.
- Assist with baths, enrichment activities, and training support when needed.
- Follow all safety, health, and company procedures.

- Animal Lover – You genuinely love dogs (even the drooly, barky, messy ones).
- Hard Worker – You’re not afraid of cleaning, lifting (40+ lbs), or working outdoors in all weather.
- Reliable & Responsible – You show up on time, ready to work, and can be counted on by your team.
- Team Player – You thrive in a collaborative, upbeat environment.
- Detail-Oriented – You notice things others miss and take pride in doing tasks thoroughly.
- Flexible – You’re available on weekends and holidays when our guests need us most.
- Bonus: Prior kennel, vet, grooming, or dog training experience.
This Job Isn’t For You If…
- You’re uncomfortable with cleaning (yes, poop patrol is part of the job).
- You dislike working outdoors or being physically active.
- You can’t handle a fast-paced, sometimes noisy environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
