Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Night Audit team member to join our team at our premier lodging properties. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Duties and Responsibilities
As the Night Auditor, you’ll be the overnight representative of our three lodging facilities, caring for our guests and properties from 10:00 pm to 6:00am. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Utilize multi-line phone systems effectively for communication with guests and staff.
Requirements
- Prior Night Audit, front desk and/or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Reliable overnight availability, openminded and trustworthy as a team member.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
