Part-Time Restaurant Controller / Financial Manager

Responsibilities:
- Payroll review
- Food cost and labor cost tracking
- Vendor payments
- Weekly financial reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Cash flow management
Restaurant experience preferred.
