Part-Time Restaurant Controller / Financial Manager
10–15 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Payroll review
- Food cost and labor cost tracking
- Vendor payments
- Weekly financial reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Cash flow management
Restaurant experience preferred.
Budget around $1,500–$3,000/month if you’re hiring a contractor. That’s usually enough to attract someone who can actually help manage the numbers rather than just do data entry
