Part-Time Fitness Coach / Personal TrainerEMS Training Provided — Fort Lauderdale
Pay: $20–$24 per hour + performance bonuses

Elevate My Shape is a growing boutique EMS fitness studio in Fort Lauderdale. We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and people-oriented Fitness Coach to join our team.
This is more than a traditional coaching position. You will help deliver an exceptional client experience, build strong relationships with our members, follow up with prospective clients, and contribute to the continued growth of the studio.
No previous EMS experience is required. Complete paid EMS training will be provided.
What You’ll Do
- Lead personalized EMS training sessions for small groups of one to three clients.
- Guide clients safely and confidently throughout their workouts.
- Create a positive, energetic, and welcoming studio experience.
- Welcome new clients and conduct introductory trial sessions.
- Follow up with leads and help schedule trial appointments.
- Explain memberships and help prospective clients select the right option.
- Manage client scheduling and basic studio communication.
- Build strong relationships with members and support client retention.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready studio.

You will be personally trained by an EMS Master Trainer with more than eight years of experience who has trained over 200 fitness coaches.

- Comfortable following up with leads and discussing memberships.
- Willing to learn and take on different responsibilities within a growing small business.
- Available for a combination of morning, afternoon, evening, and occasional Saturday shifts.
Previous experience in personal training, group fitness, physical therapy, kinesiology, sports, hospitality, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required.
A fitness certification is a plus but is not required for the right candidate.

Elevate My Shape is a boutique EMS training studio located in Fort Lauderdale. Our personalized, low-impact training sessions help clients become stronger, improve their body composition, and stay active through efficient, coach-led workouts.
Our sessions are limited to a maximum of three clients, allowing our coaches to provide individual attention and build genuine relationships with every member.
