Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
- Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing custodial duties.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by addressing guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, particularly in hotel or industrial settings.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
