Fulfillment Assistant – Audio Guestbook Fulfillment

We are a creative, fast-growing company that makes custom audio guestbooks for weddings, events, and special occasions. We’re building meaningful experiences through vintage-inspired rotary phones and our mission is to help people create, store, and relive messages with meaning from loved ones!
What We Do
First, we ship out our unique, old-school rotary phone to our clients, where it becomes the life of the party, collecting voicemails from all their guests at weddings, graduations, retirements, and any event imaginable! Once the festivities are over, clients send the phone back to us. We then work our magic, editing all the heartfelt messages into a polished final audio file. We deliver that audio file of precious memories straight to their inbox, with the added options of receiving it on a USB drive or a custom vinyl record for that extra special touch!
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Fulfillment Assistant to support our vinyl records department. This is a hands-on, in-house, fulfillment-focused role. You will work directly under and alongside the Fulfillment Manager, helping execute day-to-day production, assembly, and shipping. The ideal candidate has prior e-commerce fulfillment experience, is proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, and takes pride in producing a high-quality, consistent product.
Key Responsibilities
Fulfillment & Production:
- Assist in creating and assembling vinyl jackets and center labels using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Print jackets, labels, and related materials accurately and to spec.
- Assemble/create, pack, and securely label vinyl orders and USB drives for shipment.
- Ensure all orders are packed and shipped accurately and within our timelines.
- Support the day-to-day fulfillment workflow as directed by the Fulfillment Manager.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production and shipping area.
Administrative & Collaboration:
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and shipping data.
- Communicate order status, supply needs, and any issues promptly to the Fulfillment Manager.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to keep workflow moving smoothly from production to shipment.
- Maintain adaptability as the product line evolves.
- Contribute a positive, team-oriented attitude to a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous e-commerce experience with order fulfillment (picking, packing, shipping, inventory).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Capable of standing for an entire shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable following established processes.
- Experience with digital or offset printing is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in a music, record, or audio production environment.
- Portfolio of digital and/or physical design mockups.
- A passion for the music industry and a basic understanding of vinyl records.
- Basic soldering or hands-on technical skills.

- $24-27/ hour starting pay, based on experience.
- The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, etc.

Role Location
This position is located at our HQ in Costa Mesa, California. Not eligible for remote work.
