Experienced Line Cook
JP's Restaurant is hiring an experienced Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team player who takes pride in preparing quality food and can confidently work all kitchen stations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast and American-style menu items.
- Work grill, sauté, fry, pantry, and expo stations.
- Complete daily prep, including soups, sauces, and scratch-made recipes.
- Follow recipes and maintain food quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow food safety standards.
- Stock stations, rotate inventory (FIFO), and assist with deliveries.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of line cook experience preferred.
- Strong breakfast and American cuisine experience.
- Excellent knife skills and ability to work in a high-volume kitchen.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Available mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $23.00–$26.00/hour (DOE)
Hours: 40–55 hours per week (Full-Time)
Location: JP's Restaurant – In Person

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Restaurant: 3 years (Required)
