Cute Tees For All is looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Product Listing Assistant to help create and manage product listings for our Shopify website and Etsy shop.
We sell ready-to-press DTF transfers, custom DTF gang sheets, and apparel. The right person will help us create and organize product listings, review AI-generated listing content, and make sure the final listing makes sense to customers before it is published.
This position is a great fit for someone who is comfortable using a computer, has strong English skills, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys online shopping, trends, designs, and e-commerce.
Important Note
You do not have to come up with all of the keywords, tags, titles, and listing information from scratch. We already have an established listing format that is created with the help of AI.
However, you must be able to carefully review the information provided by AI and make sure it is accurate, clear, professional, and makes sense to the customer. The goal is not just copying and pasting. The goal is to follow our format, check the content, and make sure each listing is correct before publishing.
Responsibilities
- Create product listings for Shopify and Etsy using our established format
- Review AI-generated titles, descriptions, tags, and listing details
- Make sure listing information is accurate and easy for customers to understand
- Verify that keywords, product descriptions, and tags match the design being listed
- Follow our product listing rules and formatting instructions
- Review DTF transfer designs and identify the correct theme, audience, and product category
- Help organize product photos, mockups, and design files
- Use AI to help create listing content when needed
- Use Canva or similar tools for simple design and image tasks when needed
- Research trending designs, seasonal trends, holidays, and popular niches
- Help identify designs we should acquire and sell as ready-to-press DTF transfers
- Keep listings accurate, clean, and professional
Requirements
- Strong English reading and writing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable working online and learning new tools
- Very detail-oriented
- Able to follow instructions and repeat a process correctly
- Able to review AI-generated content and catch mistakes
- Able to make sure listing information makes sense to real customers
- Basic understanding of Etsy, Shopify, or online product listings preferred
- Experience using AI preferred
- Experience using Canva preferred
- Basic graphic design knowledge is a plus
- Must be able to research trends and recognize designs that may sell well
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Experience with Etsy listings
- Experience with Shopify listings
- Experience with SEO keywords and product descriptions
- Familiarity with DTF transfers, t-shirts, apparel, or print-on-demand products
- Ability to spot trending designs on Etsy, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, or social media
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and fast at learning. This person should be able to follow an established system, use AI tools properly, and review the final listing to make sure it is accurate and customer-friendly.
You do not need to be an expert in every area, but you must be willing to learn, follow instructions, and stay consistent.
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
