What You'll Do:

Offer our customers the best possible service by providing prompt and friendly service to all customers.

Maintain an organized work space and counter space for retail customers.

Maintain accurate records of all transactions made over the phone.

Monitor special order parts through CarQuest system.

Utilize all options to locate parts for customers as needed.

Assist Customers over the phone and in-person

Pick Product from Warehouse in order to fulfill customer needs
Skills necessary to be successful in this role include the following;

Valid driver's license

At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred

Good Customer Service Skills

Good computer skills and attention to detail

Automotive knowledge will be a plus

High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements for Position: Some lifting required
Shifts: Full time 7:30am-5PM M-F and 8am-12PM Saturdays
