Allied Tender Care is a Home Health Agency currently looking for an outgoing individual with home health experience as a community liaison. This role will include but is not limited to: working with hospital social workers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, physician clinics and other senior care industries. The candidate will need to identify, develop, and maintain referral sources to help the agency. This job position is currently commission based but has the opportunity to develop into either a part time or full time position. Past experience is highly preferred.
