About Us
Sign Pros Inc. is a sign manufacturing and installation company serving businesses throughout the Seattle metro area — from Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, and Issaquah to Kent, Renton, and Auburn. We design, produce, and install custom signage, with a strong focus on residential and commercial real estate signs. We're looking for someone who can be the friendly voice for our customers and the creative hand behind their sign designs.
Position Summary
This is a dual-role position combining customer service and graphic design for our residential and commercial real estate sign clients (realtors, brokerages, property managers, and developers). You'll be the main point of contact for clients placing orders — gathering their requirements, answering questions, and managing their orders from request through production — while also designing the sign layouts, riders, and post panels that go out to print and installation.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for real estate clients placing sign orders (phone, email, and online orders)
- Gather order details, property information, and design requirements from clients
- Provide order status updates and manage timelines with clients and the production/installation teams
- Resolve customer questions, order changes, and issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of orders, proofs, and client communication in our order system
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat real estate clients and brokerages
Graphic Design
- Design residential and commercial real estate signage, including yard signs, riders, post panels, and directional signs, following brand guidelines for each client/brokerage
- Prepare accurate, print-ready files for production
- Send design proofs to clients and incorporate revisions
- Maintain and update templates for repeat real estate clients and brokerage brand standards
- Ensure designs meet HOA, municipal, or brokerage-specific sign requirements where applicable
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally in a fast-paced order-based environment
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop required; InDesign a plus)
- Strong attention to detail, especially with proofing text, addresses, and contact information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working with both design work and phone/email-based customer interaction in the same day
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience designing for the sign industry or real estate/print industry
- Familiarity with real estate brokerage brand guidelines and sign compliance requirements
- Experience with order management or CRM software
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
