We are seeking a Full-Time IRA Services Processor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our IRA department, ensuring that our clients’ wealth preservation goals are met with precision, compliance, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Management: Prepare and oversee all necessary documentation for IRA transfers, rollovers, and related transactions.
- Client & Institutional Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact, facilitating clear communication between our clients and various financial institutions.
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the Head of the IRA Processing Department and our internal sales team to streamline the onboarding of new clients.
- Workflow Optimization: Maintain rigorous records and manage the organization of complex, multi-step IRA processing timelines to ensure zero delays.
Our ideal candidate has following experience/skills:
- Background in financial services
- Experience directly in IRA department preferred (precious metals or other financial/investment services)
- Confident interacting regularly with clients on the phone
- Experience with client management/organization
- Salesforce & Microsoft Word/Excel experience is a plus
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
