American Traveler is hiring a MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at a large Level I Trauma Center and Academic Medical Center, requiring 3+ years of experience and Siemens MRI system proficiency.

Short-term acute care hospital setting within a large Level I Trauma Center and Academic Medical Center with 1,500+ staffed beds
-
MRI department with a focus on diagnostic imaging

3x12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, working Saturday, Sunday, and one additional weekday

36 hours per week

Charting via Epic EMR

Parking available for approximately $125/month

Minimum of 3 years of MRI technologist experience required

Hands-on experience with Siemens MRI equipment required

Experience in a large trauma center setting required

Current ARRT (MR) certification required

Current BLS required
-
Active or pending state license accepted — license required if applicable

Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 2 years before being considered as a traveler

RTO of up to 7 days may be auto-approved; requests exceeding 7 days require facility approval; block scheduling is not available

Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates

Flu vaccine is required; declinations are not accepted

COVID vaccine and booster required; religious or medical exemptions are considered

Travelers are expected to participate in natural disaster or emergency response activities as directed by the facility
