Job Summary:
Established in 1930, Kenwood Country Club is the premier family club in the Cincinnati area and one of the top Clubs in the Midwest. The club offers tremendous facilities including two championship, 18-hole golf courses, tennis, paddle tennis, state-of-the-art fitness center, an expansive pool and pavilion area, and a sophistically renovated clubhouse. The club has a total of 925 members and remains on a waitlist of approximately two years for social membership and five years for golf membership.

The club seeks to hire a Busser. The Busser plays a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the dining areas, assisting servers, and ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service.
Job Description:

Promptly clear, clean, and reset tables between guests.

Refill water, coffee, and other beverages as needed.

Support servers by delivering food, condiments, and other items to guests.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms.

Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for daily service and events.

Remove used tableware and transport it to the dishwashing area.

Ensure all dining areas meet the club’s cleanliness and presentation standards.

Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.

Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests.

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a busser or in a customer service role preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift (up to 40 lbs).
