Job Purpose:
- The primary purpose of the Hotel Maintenance Engineer at HOTEL CHALET - CHATTANOOGA is to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the hotel. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel systems and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime and disruptions.
