Our team is paid primarily through performance-based commission, and most of our cleaners consistently earn above the standard hourly rate. Our most productive employees make up to about $25.00/hour before tips and mileage reimbursement. We also provide a guaranteed hourly minimum, so as a full-time employee, you’ll never earn less than $16.50/hour or $100/day (whichever is higher) + mileage reimbursement
Merry Maids also offers a variety of bonuses for Attendance, Customers Referrals, Customer Conversions and Employee Referrals! And if you are promoted to be a Trainer, there’s even MORE money available to you!

Integrity, work ethic, and good character are required attributes for the Housekeeper position, along with the absolute ability to be a quality team player. Housekeeper requirements:
- At least 18 years of age and are authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be dependable and consistent
- Have a reliable vehicle, car insurance and a valid drivers license
- Pass a pre-employment drug and background screening (No cannabis screening)
