This role leads Superintendents, enforces standards, and ensures every job meets expectations for production, safety, and quality. You’re not managing one project—you’re building and driving the system behind all of them.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and hold Superintendents accountable
- Drive production, safety, and quality across all jobs
- Enforce field standards and improve performance
- Ensure projects are staffed, supported, and executed properly
- Partner with leadership to align field and office
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading multiple crews or Superintendents
- Strong leadership, accountability, and decision-making skills
- Background in utilities, ROW, energy, or infrastructure construction preferred
- High ownership mindset—results matter
Compensation & Benefits
- $110,000 – $135,000 salary (based on leadership and trade experience)
