We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a landscaping maintenance crew. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a crew of landscapers in daily operations
- Perform groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
Qualifications:
- License required
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance preferred
- Strong knowledge of various plants, trees, and flowers
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Proficient in operating landscaping equipment and tools
- Good physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members. Spanish language proficiency preferred but not required
