As part of our growth and international expansion, we are opening our third manufacturing plant, located in Allen, Texas. Therefore, we are looking to add the following position to our team:
BATCHING AND BELDING MANUFACTURING OPERATOR
(Operador de Fraccionado y Mezclado Manufactura)
Job Summary
Receive raw materials from the warehouse, perform, verify, and record their weighing in the required quantities according to the product formulation. Ensure proper integration of materials through homogeneous mixing.
Responsibilities
- Receive raw materials from the warehouse, perform, verify, and record weighing according to required quantities, separating ingredients that contain allergens.
- Weigh both general raw materials and those containing allergens.
- Verify and record raw material weights.
- Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
- Inspect raw materials and ensure proper integration through homogeneous mixing.
- Retrieve cleaned, released, and sanitized containers, transport them to the discharge module, ensuring all raw materials are correctly emptied by product code and name.
- Sift and mix raw materials.
- Stop the mixing process in case of quality or safety risks.
- Perform cleaning and sanitization of the area as required.
- Understand and comply with integrated management policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as required by operational needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, especially Excel
- 2–3 years of experience in fractionation and mixing of materials
- Experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries
- Experience in raw material receiving and returns
- Area cleaning experience
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Important
- Travel requirement: Availability to travel to Mexico for initial job training
Education
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in fractionation and mixing of materials
- Experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries
- Raw material receiving and returns
- Area cleaning
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Language
