Schedule: 10 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
About the Position:
We are looking for a passionate and driven sales professional over the phone who loves the beauty and hair industry and has a talent for selling hair products directly to hairstylists. This role also includes order processing on a computer + Pick & Pack, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients from order placement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Stylist Relationship Management:
Strong ability to memorize SKU codes, become knowledgeable about professional hair color and treatment lines, and confidently recommend products to customers.
- Contact hairstylists and salons over the phone and whatsapp to introduce and sell our professional hair products. List of leads and clients will be provided.
- Provide expert product advice and recommendations.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to maximize sales.
- Proactively reach out to new hairstylists and build strong relationships.
- Process sales orders and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle inquiries and assist hairstylists via WhatsApp, calls, or social media.
- Process orders, confirm payments, and coordinate shipments.
- Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently. Understand instructions and read prompts.
Pick & Pack (Order Fulfillment):
- Organize, prepare, and package orders for shipping.
- Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and proper labeling.
- Coordinate with shipping providers for timely deliveries.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in the beauty or haircare industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for hairstyling and haircare products.
Highly organized with great attention to detail.
Familiarity with online sales platforms is a plus. Able to follow clear instructions, implement and apply established methodology.
