As a vital part of our team, you will assist with daily activities, monitor health status, and ensure comfort and safety for those under your care. We have shifts available in Duval county all around, Clay county, and Nassau county; hours can range from 2hrs-10hrs daily. You would be an Independent Contractor with our company on a 1099
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Assist with medication administration following prescribed protocols and document accurately in medical records or electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Support patients with specialized needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's, hospice, or memory care through tailored approaches
- Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts, catheters, and other assistive devices safely and effectively
- Maintain thorough medical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe environment
Skills and Requirements:
-Valid CNA or HHA license
-Able to communicate clearly in English using written and verbal methods
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills
-Strong bedside manner
-Ability to work as a valuable part of a team
-Undergo Level II Background
-Valid CPR Hands On ( American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- TB (Not Required but good to have)
- Physical in last 6 months
