Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 Hours/Week
Pay Package (Weekly – 37.5 Hours)
- Weekly Gross: $1,813.50
- Weekly Taxable: $637.50
- Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,176.00
Hourly Breakdown
- Taxable Rate: $17.00/hr
- Blended Rate: $48.36/hr
- Overtime Rate: $25.50/hr
Job Description
CWS Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Montour Falls, NY. This opportunity is ideal for compassionate nurses with Long Term Care experience who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or physician.
- Perform wound care and assist with activities of daily living.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatments.
Job Requirements
- Active New York State LPN License
- BLS Certification Required
- Minimum 2 Years of Recent LPN Experience
- Long Term Care experience preferred
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
