Job Summary
We are seeking an experinced highly motivated Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant to join our family owned dealership team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand and dealership, delivering exceptional customer experiences by guiding clients through the purchase of high-end vehicles. Your expertise in automotive sales, combined with your passion for luxury automobiles and outstanding communication skills, will drive sales success and foster long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, B2B sales efforts, and personalized consultations to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate luxury vehicles’ features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet individual client needs.
- Negotiate deals effectively, utilizing strong sales negotiation skills to close high-end automobile sales while maintaining profitability.
- Build and nurture lasting customer relationships through exceptional service, follow-up, and personalized client communication.
- Manage inventory control and assist in inventory management processes to ensure optimal vehicle availability for sales opportunities.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, outreach campaigns, and public speaking engagements to attract potential buyers.
- Utilize CRM software and other CRM systems to track client interactions, manage sales support activities, and streamline deal closing processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive industry sales or high-end retail sales, with a strong background in luxury vehicle transactions.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication and phone etiquette to engage clients professionally.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse clientele is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with automotive financing options and CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting while achieving or exceeding sales targets through upselling and deal closing strategies.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
