Milestone Cabinetry is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the cabinetry industry, we are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive purchasing experience. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide product support, and ensure satisfaction at every stage of the process.
Through our structured training program, you will gain the knowledge and confidence to guide customers, recommend products, and resolve questions efficiently—all while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products, orders, shipments, and payments
- Provide basic technical support and product guidance
- Manage multiple tasks while meeting service level expectations
- Handle complex customer situations with professionalism and care
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining strong relationships
- Deliver accurate product information in person, over the phone, or via email
- Enter and process orders, coordinate with warehouse operations, and arrange shipping
- Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Experience in cabinetry or a related industry is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Basic computer proficiency and strong typing skills
- Ability to distinguish colors accurately
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (English required)
- Experience with NetSuite is preferred
Education
High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Relevant work experience and demonstrated skills in math, reading, and writing may be considered in place of formal education.

- Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour + bonus opportunities
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
