Electro-Mechanical Technicians
Pay Range: $24 – $40 per hour
Bausch + Lomb offers two work schedule options for Electro-Mechanical Technicians.
Option 1: Rotating Nights/Days Shift Schedule
This schedule follows a repeating two-week pattern with both day and night shifts:
- Monday/Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday/Thursday: Off
- Friday/Saturday/Sunday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Monday/Tuesday: Off
- Wednesday/Thursday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday/Saturday/Sunday: Off
The two-week pattern then repeats, with opposite day/night assignments.
Option 2: Night Shift Schedule
- Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Schedule: 2-2-3 schedule
Shift Differential
Employees will receive an additional 15% of their regular hourly rate for hours worked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
