Job Description:
Wink Window Washing is expanding our D2D sales division. We are looking for an experienced, independent salesperson to prospect and close annual window cleaning contracts for residential homes and commercial properties.
Your sole focus will be getting clients signed up for routine window cleaning schedules.
Compensation & Perks:
- 70% Commission on the first job of every recurring contract you close.
- High Upfront Payouts: Average first-time cleans start at $225 – $250, meaning you pocket $155 – $175+ per closed account.
- Uncapped Income: You are paid directly for what you produce. There is no ceiling on your earnings.

Note: Because our focus is building long-term recurring revenue, commissions are subject to a 60-day customer retention clause to ensure accounts are solid.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect, pitch, and close new residential and commercial window cleaning accounts.
- Sell the benefits of our ongoing maintenance plans rather than one-time cleanings.
- Provide accurate pricing quotes using our straightforward guidelines.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of face-to-face sales experience (Outside sales, door-to-door, or B2B preferred).
- A self-motivated work ethic—you don't need a manager micro-managing your day.
- High integrity and professionalism (we value our brand and treat customers honestly).
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
