Position: Driver / Yard Support Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: MondayFriday, 5:00 AM1:30 PM
Pay: $25.00$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Driver / Yard Support Specialist to support daily operations by transporting materials, equipment, and supplies between suppliers, company yards, and active jobsites. This role is critical to maintaining the flow of materials and ensuring our roofing and construction crews have what they need to stay productive.

Pick up and deliver materials, equipment, and supplies to and from suppliers, company yards, and jobsites on a daily basis.

Operate a company ¾-ton pickup truck with a flatbed trailer safely and professionally.

Coordinate daily dispatches and schedules with the Yard Manager.

Complete required inspections and documentation through company mobile applications.

Navigate construction sites safely while maintaining clear communication with field crews, foremen, and project teams.

Assist with yard operations during downtime, including:

Organizing inventory and equipment

Palletizing materials

Loading and unloading deliveries

General yard maintenance and housekeeping

Forklift operation

Minimum age of 25 years old.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experience towing trailers and operating pickup trucks.

Strong commitment to safety and safe driving practices.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Forklift experience preferred.

DOT certifications or endorsements are a plus but not required.

Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as needed.

Company fleet vehicle provided for work-related use.

Company fuel card provided.

Personal vehicle allowance may be available if the vehicle is capable and approved for business use.
