Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, construction, and related trades, with the ability to perform service work efficiently and professionally. This role involves diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues in residential settings, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of construction plumbing, mechanical systems, and be comfortable working on various projects including remodeling, remodeling, and system upgrades.
Duties
- Use ServiceTitan to dispatch, arrive and clock out
- Take photos and leave detailed notes on every project
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues within plumbing systems to identify root causes
- Follow safety protocols on work sites and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used for each service call
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction plumbing, pipe threading, welding, and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to residential plumbing systems
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment effectively
- Experience working on construction sites or remodeling projects preferred
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs
- Knowledge of carpentry, assembly, or remodeling is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments
- Valid commercial driver’s license (preferred) for transporting tools or equipment between job sites
- Maintenance Person experience or general construction background is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $45.00 per hour
