An award-winning tree company serving Berks County for over 20 years is looking for an experienced tree care professional to lead our outdoor maintenance crews.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead daily tree crew operations
- Coordinate and assign work to crew members
- Ensure all work is performed safely and according to industry standards
- Operate and oversee the use of bucket trucks, chippers, chainsaws, loaders, and other equipment
- Perform tree removals, pruning, and general tree care services
- Conduct job site safety meetings and inspections
- Communicate with customers and management regarding project progress
- Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and safety
Qualifications
- 2+ years of tree care or arboriculture experience
- Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of tree pruning, removals, rigging, and safe work practices
- Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive team environment
- Valid driver's license required
- ISA Arborist Certification is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be dependable, motivated, and safety-focused

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour (based on experience)
