Pay & Overtime:
- Up to $31.00/hour based on experience and interview

Job Duties:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and replace commercial HVAC equipment including chillers, rooftop units, and wet/dry side systems.
- Assist with HVAC installations, ductwork modifications, and sheet metal work using blueprints and work orders.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and water distribution systems.
- Complete minor electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency service calls using a work order management system.
- Conduct property inspections and communicate repair recommendations to management.
Requirements:
- Commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical schematics.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration, heating, air conditioning, brazing, and soldering.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Ability to mentor team members while working safely in a team environment.
