Emplify Health is looking for a 340B Program Specialist.
The 340B Federal Program allows us to purchase medications at significant discounts, helping us manage healthcare costs effectively. If you have experience auditing 340B programs, we want to hear from you. We’re looking for a dedicated professional to help ensure the accuracy of data, program configuration, and retrospective auditing to support compliance and continued participation in this important program.
What you will do:
- 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
- Ensure that the 340B program is utilized & records are complete across the enterprise (Bellin and Gundersen regions).
- Responsible for day-to-day compliant medication procurement, billing, and inventory management.
- Assists with implementation of and adherence to 340B related policies and procedures.

What you need:
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Experience auditing 340B programs
- 1 year of healthcare related experience, pharmacy purchasing experience in multiple pharmacy types and knowledge of EPIC preferred
- Apex Advanced 340B Operations Certificate Program within 18 months of hire
- Registered as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of WI
- Hold or obtain CPhT or ExCPT
