Fragrance Store Manager – Full-Time
Location: Mon Senteur Kiosk – Franklin Park Mall, Toledo, OH
Compensation: Starting at $18/hour + commission from personal sales + bonuses based on store performance
Mon Senteur Toledo is an Ohio-based fragrance boutique offering a curated selection of designer and niche fragrances. We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven Store Manager to lead our Franklin Park Mall kiosk location in Toledo.
This is a full-time position for someone who is confident in retail sales, comfortable leading a team, and passionate about creating a welcoming customer experience. The Store Manager will be responsible for daily store operations, team development, sales performance, and maintaining Mon Senteur’s standard of service and presentation.
What You’ll Do:
Lead daily operations for the Mon Senteur kiosk location.
Hire, train, coach, and support sales associates.
Set the tone for excellent customer service and a welcoming store environment.
Engage with customers, sample fragrances, and guide guests toward scents they love.
Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals.
Track team performance and help associates improve their sales skills.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store presentation.
Monitor inventory, product displays, and daily store needs.
Operate the POS system and oversee basic store transactions.
Stay informed about fragrance features, trends, new arrivals, and promotions.
Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Communicate store needs, opportunities, and concerns with ownership/management.

Sales experience required.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail mall environment.
Basic math skills and POS experience.
Professional, business casual dress code.
Weekend and weekday availability required.
Interest in fragrance, beauty, fashion, or luxury retail is a plus.
