Qualifications: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- SPIDA Experience
- OCALC Experience
- Make Ready
- Basic Excel and Access knowledge
- General computer skills
- Data entry
- Read and interpret information from maps
- Determine windload pass/fail results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Provide reports to project managers
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
Compensation: Piece Rate
This position is compensated on a piece-rate basis based on completed and approved work. The amount paid will vary per Pole
During the training period, compensation will be based on the company's training pay structure. Once training is successfully completed, the employee will transition to the applicable piece-rate compensation.
Piece-rate earnings are based on completed work that meets company quality standards and client requirements. Additional details regarding the piece-rate structure and production expectations will be provided during the hiring and onboarding process.
