Duties
- Utilize diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify faults in electronic and electrical systems
- Perform electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting on AC/DC electrical systems and electronic equipment
- Read, interpret, and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting guides
- Repair and maintain electronic systems, including soldering components and replacing faulty parts
- Conduct field service visits to install, inspect, and repair electronic equipment at various locations
- Test electronic devices using specialized equipment such as ohmmeters and oscilloscopes to ensure proper operation
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and offering effective solutions
Experience
- Proven experience as a service technician or electronics technician working with electronic equipment repair and maintenance
- Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting, schematic reading, and interpretation of electrical blueprints
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, soldering techniques, and diagnostic testing devices
- Familiarity with electrical soldering, electronic systems troubleshooting, and equipment repair processes
- Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, drives and control electronics, and engineering troubleshooting method
Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
