Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, reliable Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, great communication skills, fully bilingual, and enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Accurately process customer orders and payments (cash, credit, etc.)
- Handle phone and online orders efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
- Assist with packaging takeout and delivery orders
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Dishwasher and help with cleaning during operations and closing.
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred (restaurant experience a plus)
- Bilingual is a must (Eng/Span)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math and computer skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
