Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Experienced Plumber with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in both commercial and residential plumbing projects. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings, including pipe installation, gas piping systems, and plumbing system maintenance.
- Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs.
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete plumbing tasks efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, safety regulations, and mechanical standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades on existing plumbing systems while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with remodeling projects by integrating plumbing components seamlessly into construction plans.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted for quality assurance purposes.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about project status or repair needs.
- Follow all safety regulations during field service activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
Skills
- Proven experience in construction plumbing with knowledge of commercial and residential systems.
- Strong understanding of plumbing building codes, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and technical diagrams accurately.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and other related tools.
- Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems and gas piping is highly desirable.
- Experience with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), system troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail on complex projects.
- Knowledge of carpentry or handyman skills is a plus for remodeling or custom installations.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) for site travel; familiarity with construction site safety regulations essential.
