As a BOH Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring food is prepared safely, quickly, and to Chick-fil-A’s high standards, including:

Preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food with excellence

Mastering all kitchen stations (breading, fries, assembly, prep, etc.)

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment

Stocking inventory and monitoring freshness of ingredients

Following food safety procedures and Chick-fil-A quality standards

Completing daily opening and closing tasks as assigned

Communicating clearly with team members and leadership
-
Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to leadership

Availability between 2:30 PM and 11:30 PM

Working 15 - 30 hours per week

Minimum of 30 hours of availability

Friday and Saturday availability required
