Northshore Technical Community College is accepting applications for a full-time, classified Maintenance Repairer 1 housed at the Lacombe Campus.
One year of experience or training in the building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment, or park operations and grounds maintenance; OR
Six semester hours in construction management, construction technology, or engineering, or any combination of these courses.

Job Duties:

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to buildings, facilities, furniture, and equipment, including basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical work.

Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary buildings by performing custodial duties such as cleaning offices, classrooms, restrooms, floors, windows, and common areas.

Assist with grounds maintenance by mowing, trimming shrubs, watering plants, collecting litter, and maintaining sidewalks and outdoor areas.

Operate, inspect, and perform basic maintenance on lawn equipment, small engines, vehicles, and other maintenance tools; assist with minor road and facility upkeep as needed.

Receive and distribute incoming deliveries to the appropriate departments and perform other related duties as assigned.
