Customer Experience Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional, solution-focused manner to address sales questions, concerns, and service needs
- Present and explain telecommunications services and sales solutions tailored to customer needs
- Participate in daily sales meetings, training sessions, and performance development activities
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact through closing and follow-up
- Represent client brands with professionalism while enhancing customer awareness and satisfaction
- Educate customers on service benefits that improve communication and connectivity with family, friends, and communities
- Process orders, update customer information, and schedule appointments accurately using sales systems
- Contribute to Customer Experience Representative team goals by supporting customer acquisition and retention efforts
Customer Experience Representative Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, call center, hospitality, or client relations is a plus
- Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, or Customer Experience Representative is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity
- Passion for customer service, sales performance, and helping customers find solutions
