In this Residential HVAC Technician/Installer opportunity, you’ll handle both installs and repairs while delivering reliable comfort solutions for single-family homes and townhomes.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential HVAC Technicians position include:
- 3–5 years of residential HVAC experience with installation and/or service/repair background.
- Perform installation, service, diagnostics, and repairs for residential systems.
- Handle approximately 50% installation and 50% service, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Work on single-family homes and townhomes.
- Hold and maintain required EPA certification.
- Provide high-quality workmanship with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Follow company standards for upfront, straightforward service.
Salary: $28–$33+/hour
Benefits: QSEHRA health insurance reimbursement; possible retirement benefits. PTO accrues at 1.5 hours per week after 90 days; 80 hours annually after one year. Take home company vehicle.
